Return Policy

Thanks for shopping with Arteeni! Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason this is not the case, we want to know and will do whatever we can to make you happy. You may return an item for any reason, within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that there are some exceptions (see below). If you have any questions, please contact us and select "Return" for the question type.

Return process

  • To submit a request, log in and go to your list of orders. Select the order you'd like to return, and then click on the link labeled "Request a return" in the top right corner. Then, select the item, indicate the reason, provide any relevant details, and submit.
  • Once received, we will review the request to make sure it is eligible for return. If approved, we will notify you and let you know that it is ok to send it back. Please do not send your purchase back until you receive authorization. When returning, if possible, use the original packing materials; otherwise, use packing materials with plenty of padding. You are responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging, so please repack items carefully. We highly suggest shipping your return using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.
  • Please send your return within three days of approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item because it was defective or because it was not the correct item, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once the item is received by the Artisan, they will inspect it. If the merchandise is received in appropriate condition, you will be notified. If it is a return, you will receive a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges, if applicable), in the same form of payment used to place your order.
  • Once we have processed the refund, it can take up to 5 business days to be credited to your bank or credit card account. If you haven't received your refund after that time period has passed, please contact us.


Shipping damage
If the item was damaged while in transit to you, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you, the Artisan, and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please retain all of the original packing materials for help in filing and resolving the claim.

If the item was damaged during a return and is the fault of the shipping carrier, the return will be canceled and you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive reimbursement.

Exceptions
The following products cannot be returned unless they were damaged during shipping:

  • Custom orders
  • Health and personal care items
  • Food and beverages (including products for pets)


Apparel in new, unworn condition may be returned; however, we can't accept returns that have been damaged, altered, or worn.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Cancellation
Any order, with the exception of custom orders, can be canceled before it is shipped by the artisan. To request a return, log in and go to your list of orders. Select the order you'd like to return, and then click on the link labeled "Cancel order" in the top right corner. You will receive a refund within 3-5 business days back to the method of payment you used to place your order.
