What makes Arteeni different from other handmade marketplaces?
Arteeni curates all products and artisans on our site for quality and uniqueness. All of the products on our site are exclusive to us – you will not see our products anywhere else! Additionally, we believe strongly in supporting charitable causes and give our customers the ability to choose where our donations are made.

Where do you find artisans and designers?

We search far and wide both on the web and at shows. We'd love to hear about new artisans, so please send any recommendations to us here.

Why are all products curated?
We are committed to representing the best of the best in all genres. We will only choose high quality, original products. We are also committed to providing our artisans with the best environment to show their work.

Can I suggest a charity or cause?

Absolutely, our charities are customer driven. Please send us a message using our contact form.

Do you offer personal shopping assistance?
Absolutely – we'd love to help you in any way we can. Please send a message to our Personal Shopper.

I want to buy a gift certificate – how do I do that?
No problem – simply head to our gift certificate page.



Orders


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

Will I be charged sales tax for my order?
A sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped to a Georgia address.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each order can only be shipped to one address. So, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Will my entire order be shipped in one package?
Our products are shipped directly from the artisans. If you ordered multiple products from one artisan, they will likely all ship together. However, if the products ordered are from different artisans, then they will arrive separately.

How long will it take for my purchase to be shipped?
Each artisan will include an approximate shipping date on their product pages. Some items will take longer than others, depending on the product. However, some of our artisans will have items ready to ship immediately.

Can I have my purchase customized?
Our artisans do offer customization on some of their products. If available, these options will show on the product page.

How do I get help with a question on my order?
Please send us a message using our contact form and select "Order" for the "Type of question". Please include any relevant information, including your order number.

I've placed an order, but have changed my mind – can I cancel?
If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order, and it has not yet shipped, it can be canceled, without issue. To do so, go to the order information page and click on the link in the top right labeled "Cancel order". Please note, there are no cancellations for items that are customized or made to order.

I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address – can I change it?
As long as your order has not yet shipped, we should be able to change your shipping address. Please contact us and select "Order" for "Type of question" .

How do I do a return/exchange?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return or exchange it within 14 days of the ship date. To make your request, go to the order information page and click on the link in the top right labeled "Request a return or exchange". Please note, there are no returns or exchanges for items that are customized or made to order, unless it was damaged during shipping or not as ordered.
