Pick the Peaches and Bake the Brie

Honey Roasted Peaches



  1. Preheat oven to 375 F and line baking sheet
  2. Remove peach pits & place the halves on baking sheet, open side up
  3. Pour honey into hollow of peaches
  4. Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on ripeness of peaches
  5. Allow peaches to cool for 5 minutes
  6. Top each half with ¼ cup granola, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey

** Note: You can also roast peaches ahead of time. Store in fridge for 3-5 days.

Baked Brie with Sliced Almonds and Honey


  • 1 wedge of brie
  • ¼ cup Raw Gallberry Honey
  • ¼ cup raw sliced almonds
  • Sliced whole wheat baguette or multigrain crackers to serve


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 F
  2. Place brie in a baking dish, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with almond slices
  3. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until brie is starting to melt and almonds start to lightly brown
  4. Serve with sliced baguette or crackers
